Description: The Martin Team with Martha Turner Properties is seeking a qualified candidate to be a part time assistant in our Galleria office. This is an entry-level Real Estate position with the potential of becoming a full time position. The Martin Team is well versed in the real estate industry having handled over $40 million in real estate transactions and recipient of the highest award of achievement, Circle of Excellence Gold in 2012.
Job Description:
 Attend Departmental Training & Professional Development classes.
 Prepare listing presentations (PMAs) or Buyer Books (BMA’s).
 Prepare Listing Agreements.
 Prepare Buyer Offers, Amendments, Follow up documents.
 Regularly update agents saved Zipform templates following form changes/updates.
 Schedule advertising and maintain listing information on MLS.
 Order marketing collateral, signs and lock boxes for each listing.
 Prepare showing sheets and mapping for agent as needed.
 Follow up after showings and get feedback from showing agents.
 Prepare monthly (or bi-weekly) owner’s Marketing report for all listings.
 Help Agent create and execute marketing campaigns.
 Proactively support the Agent, and improve business processes.
 Be well versed in Tempo/Fusion, Appointment Manager, Centralized Showing, Docusign,
Zipforms, MTP Intranet, Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, familiarize with Luxury Portfolio site & tools, Culture Map eNewsletters, Facebook & general Social Media.
 Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or in process of completing. Majoring in Business, entrepreneurship,
sales and/or real estate.
 Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
 Time management skills, excellent communication skills.
