We are looking for a talented and competitive Solutions Expert for the Solutions Team that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with lead generation, qualifying prospects and closing sales.


 Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails

  •   Understand customer needs and requirements
  •   Qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
  •   Achieve quarterly goals
  •   Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  •   Perform effective online demos to prospects
  •   Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts;

soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations


The first 60 days will be spent primarily learning about the product. The SE will also learn about the company and processes. Training will be through online manuals and on the job.

 Proficient with web presentation tools
 Experience working with CRM tools
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills
 Strong listening and presentation skills
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
 Prospecting Skills, Building Relationships and Strong passion for helping others  Undergraduate degree or equivalent

Non-Negotiable Requirements

 Undergraduate degree
 No more than 2 years of experience

Additional Notes

 Position is office based, with 20% travel within a particular region
 There are 4 – territories and Solution Expert runs the territory
 The Midwest and southeast territories are covered by same person
