  • Reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Advise and consult management to suggest continuous improvements to any and all procedures increasing the efficiency of the Sales Department.
  • Prepares reports and provides analysis to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Sales Operations.  Reports reports include:
    • Daily Sales Activity
    • Bookings Highlights
    • Open Orders/Order Fulfillment
  • Develops new reports to increase visibility into account coverage, lead management and other sales tools as needed to support marketing efforts.
  • Working with Sales Managers and Quality Representatives, issues RA numbers and tracks the progress of outstanding items to ensure all paperwork is moving through the process in a timely manner.
  • Works closely with Operations personnel to expedite high priority orders and ensure exit dates are met.  Monitors Open Insight throughout the work day to proactively solve problems and expedite all orders from Sales to Shipping Office.
  • Assists on House Accounts by writing shop orders, purchase orders and responding to email and phone calls.
  • Performs periodic quality audits on Sales performance, ensuring shop orders are being written properly with valid purchase orders and exit dates.
  • Works with management on bid projects.


  • Assist Sales Specialists in the performance of their duties during periods of high activity or absences.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
  • Assist in related administrative functions as required.

Marketers work to generate new leads and impact sales numbers by contacting prospects via telephone. Using scripts, Marketers inform prospects of the agency’s products or services with the goal of securing sales appointments. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people and talking on the phone, has excellent communication/verbal skills, and has a positive attitude.

Agency Producer:

Agency Producers contribute to and support sales goals of the agency. Based on long- or short-term goals set by the Agent, the Agency Producer may work with new business, cross-sell opportunities, customer service, retention, and policy sales to support profit goals. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, is competitive, has previous sales and/or insurance experience, and can think critically.

Customer Service Representative:

Customer Service Representatives work to maximize positive customer experiences by responding to inquiries or complaints. They communicate with customers about basic guidelines and initiatives, analyze and clarify policy-related questions, and help sell policies to support sales goals. The ideal candidate enjoys serving and helping others, is very timely and responsive, and has excellent written and verbal skills.

Location: We are located in the Houston Westchase area (Beltway 8 @ Briar Forest)

Hours: Our office is open 9am to 5pm.

Compensation: Salary + Commission + Bonuses (Potential for $25- $75K) (Insurance Rockstars $75K+)

Paid Time Off: Vacation and Personal/Sick days (Available after probation period)              


  • Bilingual (Spanish) – Preferred
  • Sales experience – Preferred
  • Experience in marketing financial products – Preferred
  • Property & Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain)
  • Life license (must have or be able to obtain)
  • Proven computer experience with email, MSWord & MS Excel
  • Must possess a good telephone personality/pleasant phone voice
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Must have a positive attitude & be persistent with great follow up skills
  • Must be customer service oriented & pay attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and complete all assignments in a timely manner
